Reproducibility Resources and Synthetic Multimodal Data for Same-Visit Cardiovascular Screening

Cardio-MultiModal-SYN v1.0 provides public reproducibility resources and explicitly synthetic companion data associated with a prospective 1,200-participant multimodal cardiovascular screening study. The archive contains 1,200 computer-generated SYN-CARDIO records representing ECG, contact PPG, facial rPPG, thermal imaging, demographic, cardiovascular risk-factor, and endpoint-label structures corresponding to the study design. The synthetic records reproduce selected cohort, partition, endpoint, and acquisition-format characteristics for software testing, workflow development, data-format demonstration, and reproducibility purposes. They are not the 1,200 participants recruited in the clinical study and were not used for model training, model selection, threshold selection, held-out evaluation, or calculation of the clinical performance results reported in the associated manuscript. The archive additionally contains metadata, documentation, validation utilities, example loading code, data schemas, and integrity checks to support transparent reuse of the synthetic companion resource. Genuine participant-level study data are governed separately under the applicable ethics, consent, privacy, and institutional data-governance framework.
