The bHLH_PAS_TFs_project_data.zip archive contains two main folders: main_figures supplementary_figures Each folder includes: Raw data organized figure-wise. Corresponding custom Python or R scripts used to perform the analyses. Subfolders for individual sub-figures, each containing the relevant data and code.
