资源简介:
"When it comes to designing and executing production plans, traditional centralized manufacturing execution systems still constrain flexibility, reconfigurability, and interoperability. This work proposes a platform for flexible manufacturing design and execution that integrates standardized industrial models, such as the Asset Administration Shell and the Capability-Skill-Service (CSS) model, with the Multi-Agent System paradigm. In the design phase, production processes, considered as assets, are modeled using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) enriched with capability-based semantics. This enables the specification of production requirements independently from concrete physical resources and supports automatic plan generation and modular adaptation through the CSS model, while incorporating contingencies and handling unforeseen events through dynamic adaptation. During the execution phase, autonomous industrial agents, representing Digital Twins of the plans, orchestrate distributed manufacturing tasks using FIPA-ACL (Agent Communication Language) protocols. These agents dynamically discover, negotiate, and allocate resources in runtime, ensuring adaptability, scalability, and efficiency. A small-scale industrial testbed demonstrates the platform\u2019s effectiveness, achieving high operational efficiency, agile response to resource changes, and fast fault detection. The solution bridges semantic standardization and operational implementation, enabling interoperable, decentralized, and autonomous production systems."
