Identify the species of Globisporangium and Pythium causing cavity spot on carrot

<p>Data Corresponding to the Following Objectives:</p> <p>1. Data to To obtain isolates of Globisporangium and Pythium species from medium-sized cavity spot lesions on carrots collected from different cultivars grown in muck soils during field trials at the Holland Marsh (2020–2021).</p> <p>2. To obtain isolates of Globisporangium and Pythium species from cavity spot lesions of varying sizes on carrots collected from commercial carrot fields in muck soils at the Holland Marsh (2022–2023).</p> <p>3. To examine the variation in species isolated in relation to lesion size, history of cavity spot occurrence in the fields, and the application of mefenoxam during the years when infected tissue was collected.</p>
