Sequential analysis of LCL-induced cytotoxic CD4 T cells in humans

CD4 T cells were isolated from three healthy donors and co-cultured with autologous lymphoblastoid cell lines (LCLs). CD4 T cells freshly isolated from the peripheral blood, LCL-stimulated CD4 T cells with validated killing activity (from days 23-30 of co-culture, 4CTL-ST), and those with diminished cytotoxic activity (from days 58-66 of co-culture, 4CTL-LT) were sorted using FACSAria II (BD Bioscience) and subjected to RNA sequencing.
