Molecular Dynamics Trajectories and Data Sonification for Water Systems (SPC) and Ethanol: A Dataset for Exploratory Analysis and Scientific Dissemination

This repository contains a transdisciplinary dataset derived from classical molecular dynamics simulations, designed both for validating scientific protocols and for innovation in public science communication. Technical Content: Production trajectory files are included for two model systems: Liquid Water (spc model) and Ethanol, generated using molecular dynamics. These files represent the raw dataset necessary for studying the structural and dynamic properties of fundamental liquids. Innovation and Dissemination (Sonification): As an added value and product of social impact, the repository integrates sonification files of data derived from these trajectories. By mapping physical parameters (such as energy fluctuations and atomic displacements) to sound frequencies, the aim is to: Provide an alternative exploratory data analysis tool for detecting temporal patterns. Create Universal Access to Knowledge resources aimed at fostering scientific vocations in young people and non-specialized audiences through Data Art. This work is part of the initial phase of a methodology that seeks to scale up to the study and representation of complex systems such as deep eutectic solvents (DES).
