资源简介:
Maize-peanut intercropping is a sustainable agricultural practice known to improve nutrient use efficiency. However, how different P fertilization levels regulate the soil microbial community in this system remains unclear. This project employed 16S rRNA gene and ITS amplicon sequencing to characterize the bacterial and fungal communities in the rhizosphere soil of both maize and peanut under a gradient of P fertilizer application. Our goal is to identify key microbial taxa and functions that respond to P availability and may contribute to P acquisition in this intercropping system. The data generated herein will provide insights into the microbial mechanisms behind the productivity of intercropping systems and help optimize P fertilizer management.
