This study utilizes RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) to investigate the molecular mechanisms of the long non-coding RNA H19 in TM4 cells under oxygen-glucose deprivation/reperfusion (OGD/R) conditions. The transcriptomic profiles of three experimental groups are compared: wild-type TM4 cells (WT), TM4 cells subjected to OGD/R, and TM4 cells with H19 knockdown (siH19) followed by OGD/R treatment. By analyzing the differential gene expression and regulatory networks among these groups, this study aims to uncover the specific role of H19 in modulating cellular responses to ischemic injury, including its impact on stress signaling pathways, cell survival, and potential downstream targets. The findings will provide critical insights into the functional significance of H19 in OGD/R-induced injury and may reveal novel therapeutic strategies for ischemic-related conditions.
