NHSC Behavioral Health Sites

This data set contains all active National Health Service (NHSC) behavioral health sites in Arizona. The NHSC builds healthy communities by supporting qualified health care providers dedicated to working in areas of the United States with limited access to care. The NHSC supports more than 20,000 primary care medical, dental, and behavioral health providers through scholarships and loan repayment programs. They require health care workers to service in high-need areas called "Health Professional Shortage Areas". These sites are to be used for the sliding fee schedule clinics application.
