We report that Neuropilin 2 expressing human CD4+ cells are a unique population of dysfunctional T effector cells. Overall design: SCID-beige mice were humanized by intravenous transfer of 5x10^7 human PBMC. 7 days post-transfer, human CD4+ T cells were isolated from spleen, stained for NRP2 expression using two DNAoligo-conjugated antibodies and 10^4 cells were loaded onto a 10x controler.
