Data supporting the research on Factors affecting Customer Satisfaction in Online Educational Platforms

This dataset was created for a quantitative, cross-sectional study examining the factors affecting student satisfaction with online educational platforms in Vietnam, with a focus on the roles of user interface quality, user experience quality, and content quality. The data were collected between January and February 2025 through an online questionnaire administered via Google Forms to K–12 users. After data cleaning and screening, the final dataset contains 11,382 valid responses. The dataset consists of anonymized survey data, including respondents’ demographic and e-learning usage information as well as 5-point Likert-scale evaluations of platform quality and overall satisfaction, and was designed for statistical analysis using PLS-SEM. All participants agreed to share the data recorded.
