Indicator-Centric Knowledge Graph for Semantic Integration and Traceability of Official Statistical Indicators: Research Artifacts and Supplementary Materials

This record contains the research artifacts and supplementary materials associated with the manuscript “An Indicator-Centric Knowledge Graph Model for Semantic Integration and Traceability of Official Statistical Indicators”. The package provides a frozen RDF knowledge graph representing 16 national and proxy child-related SDG indicators in Indonesia, 273 statistical observations, 13 verified source datasets, four agencies, 130 SKOS concepts, eight SDG goals, 14 SDG targets, and 15 global SDG indicator references. The package includes the RDF graph, competency questions and SPARQL queries, predefined ground truth and query outputs, SHACL shapes and validation reports, mutation-testing materials, a traceability coverage matrix, a dataset-verification worksheet, a custom vocabulary specification, transformation and evaluation scripts, prepared input data, source documentation, software requirements, and checksums. The released graph contains 4,103 RDF triples. All ten competency-question results matched the predefined ground truth, the baseline graph conformed to the SHACL shapes, and all ten deliberately injected defects were detected during mutation testing. This release is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the indicator-centric knowledge graph model. Original official statistical sources remain subject to the terms and conditions of their respective publishers.
