Raw data for endogenous phytohormones analysis during spontaneous morphogenesis of Centaurium erythraea. Phytohormone analysis was carried out using an LC-MS system consisting of UHPLC 1290 Infinity II (Agilent, Santa Clara, CA, USA) coupled to 6495 Triple Quadrupole mass spectrometer (Agilent). MS analysis was performed in MRM mode, using the isotope dilution method. Data acquisition and processing were performed using Mass Hunter software B.08 (Agilent). The amount of each phytohormone analysed is expressed as pmol/g of the sample fresh weight (FW).
