Gene expression profiles of Mock or LLC CM treated WT and Rab37 KO BMDMs.

Rab37 is a small GTPase that plays a crucial role in tumor progression. We hypothesized that Rab37 alters gene expression profiles in macrophages, influencing macrophage polarization. To further confirm this, we conducted GeneChip expression array analyses to unveil the distinct gene profiles between wild-type (WT) and Rab37 knockout (KO) bone marrow-derived macrophages under conditions of mock or Lewis lung cancer conditional medium (LC CM) treatment. In this study, the BMDMs isolated from WT and Rab37 KO mice were treated with mock or LLC CM for 24 hours. Total RNA were collected for microarray assays.
