The platform functions include five terminals: platform management terminal, chain brand management terminal, chain brand store terminal, service engineer terminal and service vendor terminal. Taking assets as the core, the platform connects chain stores of brand parties, professional service providers and service engineer resources. Its business covers on-site services for chain stores such as daily equipment and facility maintenance, upkeep, inspection, disinfection, pest control, inventory and other related services. By adopting blockchain technology, it builds a digitalized ecosystem, solving the trust issues of credible service records of chain store assets, as well as the trust scenarios of contracts, quotations and settlements between stores and service providers; by leveraging big data technology, it realizes the traceability and analysis of store assets, providing auxiliary references for decisions such as procurement, scrapping and recycling; by utilizing IoT technology, it helps stores transform from treating existing problems to preventing potential problems, ultimately achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
