<p>This dataset contains&nbsp;Synechococcus&nbsp;cyanobacteria&nbsp;silica quotas from cultures grown over several&nbsp;generations in Sargasso Sea water with various mole ratios of Si:P. &nbsp;Experiments took place at the Krause Lab at Dauphin Island Sea Laboratory (30.2501,-88.0788) between June to August&nbsp;2015.</p> <p>These results are also presented in the following paper:</p> <p>Brzezinski, M.
