Dataset of Qualitative Performance Indicators Used in Lithuania's Strategic Planning Documents

This dataset contains qualitative performance indicators identified in Lithuanian strategic planning documents used in the doctoral dissertation, Government-wide Performance Management in the Context of Complexity: A Collaborative Approach to Performance Management. The dataset was compiled to support the analysis of performance measurement practices within Lithuania's government-wide performance management system.
