N1-methyladenosine modification in mitochondrial tRNAs is associated with Alzheimer’s disease

Here we used the newly developed m1A-quant-seq appraoch to map m1A modification transcriptome wide on the cortex of 6 month old BL6 mice and 5XFAD mice (Alzheimer's mouse model). RNA was extracted from the cortex in biologcial triplicates. m1A-quant-seq was performed as described in Zhou et al., 2019. Nat Methods.
