The blind archival comet-precovery pipeline, its preregistration document, four control result files, and the full 1,383-comet-night attrition table behind Dai and Dai (2026), a preregistered null-result search of NOIRLab's DECam archive for uncatalogued comet detections (Research Notes of the AAS). This version (3) adds a "Reproducing this pipeline" section to the README (dependencies, the five cache-location environment variables, a network-free selftest.py smoke test, and what a real run against the live archives costs) and bundles telescopes/DataLab/code/nsc.py, a dependency of provisional.py that was missing from the prior version.
