Worldwide patterns in mythology echo the human expansion out of Africa - Codes and Data

Codes and data for the manuscript titled "Worldwide patterns in mythology echo the human expansion out of Africa", by Delbrassine et al. (2026) In the folder "Input files", are all the files required for our main analyses as well as some obtained through the codes in R codes. The folder "R files" comprises the codes to create input files (Create_input_files.R) and to obtain all the results from the main text and the Supplementary Information (Delbrassine_et_al_Rcodes.R). We also provide the codes of multiple functions used throughout our analyses. In "Admixture", we provide the input files to rerun our ADMIXTURE analyses, following the commands provided in the Materials and Methods of our main text.
