Dataset_submitted to JGR-Oceans Deoxygenation and its controls in a semi-enclosed shelf ecosystem, northern Yellow Sea

This dataset provides the long-term monitoring data in the northern Yellow Sea (NYS) from 1976 to 2006, including temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen (DO), apparent oxygen utilization (AOU), DO saturation and nutrients along the section of Chengshanjiao-Dalian. There are four sheets of “Winter”, “Summer”, "Water column in winter" and "Water column in summer" in the Data Table. The “Winter” and “Summer” sheets show the surface and bottom time series data in winter and summer, respectively, while the "Water column in winter" and "Water column in summer" sheets display the climatological values of related parameters for each monitoring site in winter and summer, respectively.
