Daily ecophysiological variables (<i>Vc</i><sub>max25</sub> and <i>J</i><sub>max25</sub> in the biochemical photosynthesis model; and <i>m</i><sub>bb</sub> and <i>b</i><sub>bb</sub> in the stomatal conductance model), yearly CO<sub>2</sub> fertilization effects in GPP and stomatal conductance (gs), and the global CO<sub>2</sub> fertilization effects in GPP and evapotranspiration inferred by the the iBLM-EC model version 2. The ecophysiological variables and yearly CO<sub>2</sub> fertilization effects are available for global 104 flux tower sites, whereas data for the global CO<sub>2</sub> fertilization effects are gridded products from 2001 to 2014. The source code of the iBLM-EC version 2 and sample input and output files are also included.
