Mass Consentration Chlorophile and Sea Surface Temperature in Southern Waters of Java
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains chlorophyll-a concentration and sea surface temperature (SST) data for the southern waters of Java Island, Indonesia, covering the period from 1 to 21 October 2025.The data were obtained from the Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service (CMEMS) using global ocean biogeochemical and sea surface temperature products. The dataset consists of four CSV files, each representing daily data within the two-week period, with a spatial resolution of approximately 0.04° (~4 km). The main variables include: chlor_a (mg/m³): chlorophyll-a concentration, representing phytoplankton biomass and marine primary productivity, sst (°C): sea surface temperature, representing upper-ocean thermal conditions. This dataset is suitable for analyzing the spatial and temporal relationship between sea surface temperature variability and chlorophyll concentration, as well as for supporting studies in physical and biogeochemical oceanography in tropical regions. An accompanying metadata file (metadata.txt) is included to provide detailed information about the data source, temporal coverage, spatial resolution, study area, and dataset creator.
