Test data of buoyancy materials

The loading equipment adopts 200MPa controllable temperature isostatic pressure simulation test device. The maximum working pressure of the test device is 200MPa, the inner diameter of the working cylinder is 180mm, the effective height is 400mm, the pressure lifting speed is 0.4mpa/min-25mpa/min, the pressure value control accuracy is ± 1MPa, and the temperature control range is 2 ℃ - 35 ℃. The controllable temperature isostatic pressure simulation test device is used to carry out the cyclic loading test on the solid buoyant material, which is loaded for 1, 100, 200, 400, 500, 600, 800 and 1000 times respectively. After reaching the number of cycles, the water absorption and pressure feed strength of the material are measured respectively. The corresponding cycle times are 1, 100, 200, 400, 500, 600, 800 and 1000, and the water absorption values are 0.11%, 0.12%, 0.15%, 0.17%, 0.2%, 0.38%, 0.42% and 0.62% respectively. The pressure feed strength values are 95.5mpa, 88mpa, 96.5mpa, 82.1mpa, 81.5mpa, 83mpa, 78mpa and 72mpa respectively.
