Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome Single Cell RNA Sequencing

Single cell transcriptome analysis was performed on one Hypoplastic Left Heart Synrome (HLHS) cell line and one control cell line. Overall design: To compare the transcriptomic profiles of control versus disease state, induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) isolated from one HLHS patient (146-001) and one control (WTC) underwent cardiac directed differentiation. 10X Genomics Chromium single cell isolation (3' reagent Kit, version 3) and RNA sequencing was performed on Day 30 WTC and 146-001 iPSC-derived cardiomyoctes.
