In this article, we present uncommon (though not rare) anatomical arterial variations that may be challenging for surgeons performing reconstructions, and the variations that were relevant for LD decision making in this series. We believe that this information is important to share because arterial complications are a major cause of morbidity after pediatric liver transplantation.
