THE FINANCIAL IMPACT OF THE LAW "ON SUBSOIL USE" ON MINING ENTERPRISES

This scientific paper analyzes the impact of legislative acts regulating subsoil use in the Republic of Uzbekistan on the financial activities of mining enterprises. The study examines the influence of subsoil use payments, rent, and environmental obligations on the cost structure, financial sustainability, and investment attractiveness of enterprises. In addition, the role of legal regulatory mechanisms in ensuring efficient resource use and long-term sustainable development is scientifically assessed.
