Precast concrete façade specimen representing the Ground Floor corner unit for the 9-Story SAC LA Prototype building. Panels tested are: a full-width flat panel column cover (C-1), a return panel column cover (C-2), and the matching half-width flat panel column cover (C-5). Also included were windows, window frame, joint sealant and two plumbing risers.
