全身性表达红色荧光转基因小鼠

利用Chicken-β-actin系统性强启动子建立的全身表达红色荧光蛋白（DsRed-Express genee）的转基因小鼠在全身多个组织中表达，尤其在胰腺、肝脏、肾脏和脾脏等器官表达量较高，可以利用光学成像技术跟踪靶细胞，是研究干细胞、肿瘤细胞的工具小鼠。Transgenic mice ubiquitously expressing the red fluorescent protein DsRed-Express gene under the control of the strong chicken β-actin constitutive promoter show widespread expression across multiple tissues throughout the body, with particularly high expression levels in organs including the pancreas, liver, kidney and spleen. These mice can be used to track target cells via optical imaging techniques, and serve as a valuable tool mouse for studies on stem cells and tumor cells.
