Bangladeshi Fruit Grade classification

The dataset comprises a total of 3,757 images of seven fruit types—Apple, Banana, Burmese grape, Jujube, Mango, Papayas, and Tomatoes—collected from various regions across Bangladesh. Each fruit type is categorized into three quality grades: 1st grade, 2nd grade, and 3rd grade, resulting in a total of 21 distinct classes. The per-class image distribution is as follows:

Apple: 1st grade – 198, 2nd grade – 172, 3rd grade – 112 (Total: 482)

Banana: 1st grade – 243, 2nd grade – 239, 3rd grade – 129 (Total: 611)

Burmese grape: 1st grade – 308, 2nd grade – 157, 3rd grade – 165 (Total: 630)

Jujube: 1st grade – 149, 2nd grade – 164, 3rd grade – 151 (Total: 464)

Mango: 1st grade – 251, 2nd grade – 249, 3rd grade – 117 (Total: 617)

Papayas: 1st grade – 152, 2nd grade – 147, 3rd grade – 152 (Total: 451)
