<b>Study:</b> Population decline for plants in the California Floristic Province: Does demography or geography determine climate change vulnerability?Included in this figshare are all of the results, files, and code to generate the results and figures in the study. We generated the population model results from the proprietary software RAMAS GIS 6 (Akçakaya and Root 2005), so we cannot provide those models. If you would like access the files to run in RAMAS GIS, please contact me.To generate the results and figures from the study:Download each folder and file from figshareMake sure all folders and files are in the same folderRun the code in R (highly recommend RStudio)Make sure you have all of the packages downloadedFigures saved in "figures" folderTables printed in R console
