single-cell RNA sequencing of human cortical organoids treated by low-intensity ultrasounds

To better understand the cell-type-specific transcriptomic changes induced by LIUS stimulation, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on control and low-intensity ultrasound (LIUS) treated cortical organoids on day 55. These results prove that LIUS increase the neuronal neural progenitor cells proliferation and neurogenesis.
