Infogravity 4.1 reformulates gravity, spacetime, mass generation, neutrino physics, and cosmic acceleration as emergent phenomena of a six-dimensional informational substrate encoded by χ = 6 perfect tensors. Spacetime appears as a lossy holographic projection, with curvature arising from informational entropy gradients. A complex informational order parameter explains Dark Energy (w \to -1) and reinterprets the Higgs field as emergent rather than fundamental. Neutrino oscillations follow from holographic mode aliasing. Exponential substrate entropy growth predicts H^{\rm CMB}_0 / H^{\rm local}_0 = (108/110)^{3/2}, matching JWST and Planck+DESI. The framework is ghost-free, SM-compatible, and yields multiple testable predictions.
