心力衰竭患者队列临床基线数据及随访信息电子数据

本数据集采用统一标准和规范，收集了不少于10000 例不同病因、不同特征、具有多样性的心力衰竭队列。收集详尽的临床表型、血样、药物和非药物治疗基线数据，并进行随访，收集病情变化、治疗情况和终点事件。收录患者30%来自城市，70%来自县、乡、或基层农村，此数据汇总将来可作为国内较大规模的反映基层心衰患者的队列研究，可为今后开展这部分人群的医疗卫生工作提供了依据。This dataset follows unified standards and specifications, and collects a diverse heart failure cohort of no less than 10,000 cases with distinct etiologies and clinical characteristics. Comprehensive baseline data including clinical phenotypes, blood samples, pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment regimens were collected, and follow-up visits were conducted to record disease progression, treatment adjustments and clinical endpoint events. Thirty percent of the enrolled patients are from urban areas, while 70% are from counties, townships or grassroots rural regions. This aggregated dataset will serve as a large-scale domestic cohort study reflecting heart failure patients in primary care settings, providing evidence for future healthcare work targeting this population.
