HSP90/calpain 1 ratio values were extrapolated from Fig 7A (for SKNBE cells and synaptosomes), and from Fig 8C and 8E (for non synaptic and postsynaptic fractions, respectively). Native NR2B levels were extrapolated from Fig 7C (for SKNBE cells and synaptosomes), and from Fig 8C and 8E (for non synaptic and postsynaptic fractions, respectively), and were calculated as percentage of control following 12 min-exposure to NMDA.
