Whole transcriptome sequencing of E. coli BW25113 wt and nudC knockout strains

In the present study we performed total RNA sequencing of E. coli BW25113 wt and nudC knockout strains. RNA-seq analysis revealed that the inactivation of nudC gene in bacteria shows alteration of level of sRNA and protein-coding transcripts mainly associated with bacterial chemotaxis and flagellar assembly pathways. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for E. coli BW25113 wt and nudC KO strains.
