This conceptual paper proposes a novel multilayered quantum technology framework for reversing cancer progression. By integrating principles from quantum physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, and engineering, we outline a paradigm that leverages quantum entanglement, superposition, and tunneling to target and reverse oncogenic processes at the sub-atomic level. The framework is supported by rigorous mathematical modeling, reproducible simulations, sensitivity analysis, and Bayesian inference to quantify uncertainty. This work critically examines the profound theoretical potential alongside the significant practical challenges, proposing a roadmap toward experimental validation. Python code is provided for model implementation. No external funding was received, and the work is purely theoretical.
