Mock Protocol for Decentralized Urban IoT Sensor Networks in Solar-Constrained Environments

This speculative preprint outlines a theoretical protocol for decentralized coordination of urban IoT sensor networks using ambient solar harmonic cues to synchronize device activity. The proposed Synchronization Heuristic (SH) operates under hypothetical conditions and unverified materials, offering a high-level framework for energy-aware mesh communication in environments with limited power infrastructure.
