资源简介:
These are 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing data generated from mouse cecum samples in a study comparing the effects of four different standard rodent chows. Adult exposure (AE) mice were randomly assigned to either 5V5M, 5V0G, 2920X, or 5058 chow diet. Offspring born to AE mice remained on the same chow diet as their parents for their entire lifetime (LE). Cecum samples were collected from adult AE and adult LE male and female mice.
