Kiwifruit NIR

Near-infrared spectra of kiwifruit with destructive measures of dry matter and soluble solids. Covariance matrices of changes in spectra due to devices based on previous data. These are used to augment the spectra and reproduce the results in Wohlers, M., McGlone, A., Frank, E., &amp; Holmes, G. (2023).
