Diurnal changes of the poplar transcriptome in natural light

Under natural conditions, the plant transcriptome is mainly affected by three factorsthe circadian clock, environmental stimuli, and plant age. The circadian clock is among the most important factors affecting the transcriptome. In this project, RNA-Seq was used to detected the diurnal changes to the “Nanlin 895” poplar transcriptome under natural light.
