<p>The eMaxx dataset from Refinitiv provides a comprehensive view of institutional holdings within North American corporate bonds (similar to 13-F filings that detail institutional holdings for individual stocks). The data provides fund holdings within individual bonds. Researchers can aggregate bond holdings to the firm level if needed. A variety of additional variables are available including fund name, bond cusip, bond coupon, bond maturity, and bond credit ratings that could be useful for linking to other databases. </p>
<p><b>DATA AVAILABLE FOR YEARS: 1999-2023</b></p>
<p>The holdings data is at the quarterly level from the first quarter of 1999 through the fourth quarter of 2023. File format: ASCII text</p>
