To investigate the transcriptomic changes in mouse cerebella with Purkinje cell–specific expression of the STING-N153S mutant, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) on cerebellar tissue from N153SLSL/LSLPcp2-cre and N153SLSL/LSL mice. STING-N153S Lox-STOP-Lox (N153SLSL/LSL) mice were crossed with Pcp2-cre mice to drive Purkinje cell–specific expression of the N153S mutant (N153SLSL/LSLPcp2-cre). Two-month-old N153SLSL/LSLPcp2-cre and N153SLSL/LSL mice (3 mice per genotype) were sacrificed and cerebella were collected and snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen. Total RNA was extracted from frozen cerebellar tissue, and mRNA libraries were prepared and sequenced.
