Murine hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) single cell expansion whole exome sequencing

Whole exome sequencing (WES) of hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) clones expanded from a single HSC. Includes WES data from 1) a freshly isolated ckit+Lin- bone marrow parent population 2) a clone derived from the parent population that was expanded in a polymer-based expansion culture system over a period of 28d 3) a gene-edited clone single cell expanded ex vivo and then serially transplanted into two recipients (secondary transplantation: after 16wks, clone retrieval from secondary recipient: after 12wks). The aim of the study was to identify somatic mutations accrued during the extensive ex vivo expansion phase.
