Ki:模比系数;n:变量系列长度
偏差系数(Cs ):
□系列中各项的值偏于均值左右的情况的相对指标
□若大于均值的各项值占优势称为正偏(Cs>0)
□若小于均值的各项值占优势称为负偏(Cs<0)
□当大于均值和小于均值的各项值都不偏时称为对称(Cs=0)

From 1956 to 2000, monthly hydrological characteristic values (including coefficient of variation, coefficient of skewness, and coefficient of unevenness) were recorded at the Jiangzi Hydrological Station of the Nianchu River, a tributary of the Yarlung Zangbo River, over multiple years.
### Coefficient of Variation (Cv)
- A metric measuring the relative degree of dispersion of each value in a series around its mean
- The ratio of the standard deviation (σ) to the mean of the series
- A larger Cv indicates greater dispersion of values in the series around their mean; a smaller Cv indicates a smaller difference between each value in the series and its mean
Where: σ = standard deviation; x = hydrological variable; Ki = modulus ratio coefficient; n = length of the variable series
### Coefficient of Skewness (Cs)
- A relative metric reflecting the degree to which values in a series deviate to either side of the mean
- When values greater than the mean dominate, this is termed positive skewness (Cs > 0)
- When values smaller than the mean dominate, this is termed negative skewness (Cs < 0)
- When neither values greater than nor smaller than the mean are dominant, the series follows a symmetric distribution (Cs = 0)
