Processed AnnData (.h5ad) objects for the paired RNA + ATAC 10x Multiome PBMC 10k dataset, used as benchmark data in UniVI. Files include cell-type annotations in `adata.obs['cell_type']` derived from Seurat label transfer against a PBMC reference atlas (Hao et al. 2021). Derived from the 10x Genomics "PBMC from a Healthy Donor - Granulocytes Removed Through Cell Sorting (10k)" dataset (Cell Ranger ARC 1.0.0, granulocyte-sorted, 9,631 post-QC cells).
