Comparison of two drugs ( inj dexmedetomidine and inj clonidine) in terms of recovery from anaesthesia

Intervention1: Dexmedetomidine and Clonidine: Drugs to be given before the end of surgery as infusion over 10 minutes
Control Intervention1: Injection Dexmedetomidine: Injection Dexmedetomidine 1 Microgram / Kg at the end of surgery as infusion over 10 minutes
Control Intervention2: Injection Clonidine: Injection Clonidine 3 Microgram /Kg as infusion over 10 minutes at the end of surgery
Primary outcome(s): Haemodynamic stabilityTimepoint: Intraoperatively (1- 3 hours)
