Supporting data for PhD thesis "Decoding the functions of long noncoding RNAs in hepatocellular carcinoma"

Long noncoding RNAs play crucial roles in every stage of gene regulation, from gene transcription to translation to cell signaling. The dysregulation of lncRNAs has been associated with cancer progression. This study aims to identify oncogenic lncRNAs in hepatocellular carcinoma by using different molecular approaches and cutting-edge screening approach.This dataset contains the supporting data of in vitro and in vivo assays as well as the summary of sequencing data.Please refer to the README file for details.
