2015 Calls for Service and Officer Initiated Calls

CAD Events for CPD beginning March 5, 2015, the date Charleston Police Department went to Consolidated Dispatch, through December 31, 2015. This dataset includes Calls for Service as well as Officer-Initiated Activity. Non-Geo-Verified calls and calls regarding sex offenses are excluded. Officer initiated calls have the following nature codes: "WALK AND TALK", "TRAFFIC STOP", "BICYCLE STOP", "OFFICER INITIATED CALL", "PATROL REQUEST", "SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY", "SUSPICIOUS PERSON", and "SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE". Team beats boundaries have changed over time; the beats listed in this dataset were accurate at the time of the Call for Service record.
