Genetic diversity of the late Neandertals of North-Western Europe - variant calls

This directory contains genotype calls for the low coverage Neandertal genomes in the form of .geno, .snp and .ind files for the capture sites of the Archaic Plus array (as in Bossoms Mesa et al), as well as snpAD calls of the high coverage Goyet Neandertal genome in the form of .vcf files, and finally FASTA files of the reconstructed consensus mitochondrial DNA sequences of late Neandertals (as in Bossoms Mesa et al).
